Job Scope for Management Trainee
- Direct contact point between workshop, customer and supplier
- Coordination with workshop team and other department (i.e. Operation, Leasing/Sales department, etc…)
- Assist, recommend, improve, handle and support the workshop on its day-to-day administration/operation workflow procedurals, customer service, data entry, invoicing, accidents claims, new project and internal control
- Handle customer request and issue work order, customer feedback and coordination work
- In charge of appointment booking and scheduling of job
- Handling of incoming call and outgoing call, including email
- Carry out data entry, document filing and organize orderly
- Managing inventory including keeping track and ordering of spare parts
- Liaising with customers, vendors, suppliers & partners
- Issuing quotation, invoice, cheque and collecting payment from customer
- Update, record and administer the latest Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOP) for workshop to in line with company’s objectives
- Feedback and gather all information pertaining to safety measures in compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSH)
- Direct reporting to Workshop Manager, working with workshop team member and dotted line reporting to Chief Operations Officer (COO)
- Any ad hoc matters/projects as assigned by Superior from time to time
Requirements
- Bilingual (Mandarin with Chinese speaking customer and English) with local dialects prefer
- With prior experience in vehicle servicing workshop and with experience in dealing with accident claim business will be an advantage
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast pace environment with each moment was precious, efficiency was paramount
- Team player and positive working attitude
- Must commit 5.5 working days (Mon-Fri) 9.00am - 6.00pm; (Sat) 9.00am - 1.00pm
