Job Description:
Admin Executive handles general office tasks and administrative duties, such as organizing schedules, entering data, maintaining office equipment, and so on.
Job scope and required below skills:
- Computer-literate, proficient in MS Office, Adobe.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful, have knowledge of browsing through websites.
- Time-management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Documents such as DO, PO, Invoices and filing.
- Coordinating, monitoring existing projects and assigning new projects for internal departments.
- Checking of new leads/opportunities through GeBiz.
- Preparation and submission of pitches/tenders.
- Attitude for learning new software, systems, and online platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Provide general administrative support to related internal departments.
- Data entry and record keeping.
- Liaise with vendors and clients.
- Ad-hoc/Miscellaneous tasks assigned.
