Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a group of operators/leaders to ensure smooth operation.
- Responsible for daily update in production output tracking efficiency report.
- Responsible for tracking of production waste management and material disposal.
- Enforce discipline and safety at production floor.
- Promote Safety awareness.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering with minimum 2 – 3 years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing environment.
- Good interpersonal, team-building and supervisory skill.
- Good communication, and report-writing skill.
- Proactive and process good problem solving skill.
