- Working Location: Warehouse – Woodland
- Working Day : Monday – Friday ( office hour )
- Salary : $3,000 - $4,000
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Management:
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving and dispatching goods, and maintaining accurate records.
- Implement and refine warehouse processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and finished products, adhering to safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Liaise with global suppliers and retailers to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner
Production Operations:
- Lead a team and overlook fragrance assembly and packing following established procedures and ensuring quality control.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor production issues.
- Maintain detailed production records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments (purchasing, quality control) to ensure smooth production operations.
General Responsibilities:
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects, identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all operational activities.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues before they disrupt production.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment performance, and maintenance logs.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production line issues, working collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
- Maintain inventory of supplies
- Liaise with component suppliers for stock of goods
- Ensure maintenance for stock of finished products
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or production management role.
- Possesses a Diploma or Degree in business or project management equivalent
- Experience operating fragrance production machinery (a plus) and/or be able to understand basic machinery mechanics.
- Proficient in warehouse management software (a plus).
