Job Descriptions:
- To liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure the timely deliverance and coordination of projects
- Maintain good relationships with relevant stakeholders and potential stakeholders
- Self-motivated and committed individual with high level of initiative - Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to multi-task
- Communication and negotiation skills needed to ensure projects can be carried out within budget while meeting objectives
- Recruit and manage a team of part-timers to assist in the execution of projects
- Ensure the performance of the part-timers in execution of projects with special attention to sales performance
- Handle and submit payroll of part-timers weekly for disbursement of remuneration
- On-site Supervision, ensuring promoters attendance and punctuality, briefing, coaching and monitoring of promoters
- To assist in any ad-hoc projects/activation and any other work assigned to you from time to time within reasonable capacity
- Need to explore sales opportunities
- Any adhoc task given by Superior
Job Requirements:
- Able to commit to 5.5 days work week
- Possess a minimum of 'O' Level or Diploma with minimum 2 years of working experience
- Possess with the right attitude and strong credentials may be considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint presentation
- Outspoken personality
- Able to multi-task, work independently and as a team
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Able to work under tight deadlines and perform under stress
- Strong implementation and project management skills with an end-to-end approach
- Willing to work long, irregular hours, weekends, public holidays when required
- Preferably with Class 3 driving license
