We seek a results-driven Director of Growth to lead our expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic partnerships, sales strategies, data analytics, and business development.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement growth strategies aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Data-Driven Growth: Utilize analytics to monitor, analyze, and optimize growth metrics.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish partnerships with government entities, industry organizations, and key players.
- Product Growth: Collaborate with product teams to enhance features driving user acquisition and engagement.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets for growth initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the FastCo teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years in strategy, business development, revenue generating roles.
- Proven track record of driving significant growth and leading strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and analytics platforms.
