- Create plans to attract qualified people for various jobs.
- Write and share job descriptions on job boards, social media, and other platforms.
- Review resumes, conduct initial calls, and schedule interviews.
- Keep a pool of qualified candidates for future jobs and stay in touch.
- Understand their needs and help with job descriptions, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Assist with the onboarding process for a smooth transition.
- Track recruiting activities and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements
- Min diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a similar field is required.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or recruiting, preferably in the F&B industry.
