Logistics
- Working closely withlogistics/shipping companies or agents for scheduling shipments
- Handing end to end coordination and documentation for all modes of shipments.
- Preparing certificate of Origin, Customs/insurance declaration
- Preparing LC, freight, BL, invoices , packing list and insurance drafts
- Ensuring timing submission, status tracking of all shipping documents, and preparing necessary reports
- Work closely with Project and operations team to schedule,track and monitor all incoming shipments.
Procurement
- Generate Purchase Orders to respective suppliers based on project needs.
- Check Purchase invoice for discrepancies on product type , quantity and price.
- Responsible for liasing with finance to clear all vendors' payments before the due date and in accordance to agreed payment terms.
- Perform sourcing when needed - Obtaining quotations from vendors and ensuring the validities remain current.
- Negotiating with vendors, if necessary
Others
- Support team members whenever needed
- Perfom all other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor /manager /management .
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Supply Chain/ Procurement / Logistics or equivalent
- Min 2-3 years of working experience, preferbly in the Oil & Gas industry
