Salary: depending on experience
Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Probation period: 10am-7pm), 5 working days
Rest Days: Tuesday and Wednesday
Location: Sembawang (10-15 minutes from the subway station)
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide after-sales service
- Reply to emails
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
