Job Summary/Purposes:
The incumbent is responsible for providing general secretarial and administrative support to the Technical Department.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate travel arrangements and associated requirements for department.
• Assist in preparing budgets, project invoicing and cost analysis.
• Coordinate with Accounting department for invoice payment and follow up.
• Liaise with internal departments and external third parties for minor project work.
• Handle documentation and efficient project administration, including maintaining project documents.
• Manage the creation and processing of purchase orders on SAP system.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.
