Responsibilities:
- Administer and responsible for medical benefits which includes but is not limited to liaising with company panel clinic.
- Administer employees' insurance claim which includes but is not limited to submission of insurance claim documents to insurer, liaising with and collating the required documentation from employee, processing of hospital invoices for finance payment, preparing Letter of Guarantee (LOG) etc.
- Main point of contact for MOM Primary Care Plan operators and company panel clinic.
- Responsible for travel claims administration and verification.
- Update and maintain company and department organization charts.
- Assist in Payroll administration scope.
- Provide advice to queries from internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and ensure proper documentation.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum a recognized Diploma in any discipline.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in HR administration roles.
- Experience in insurance or medical benefit administration will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and under fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Eye for details, meticulous and well-organized.
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
