Job Responsibility:
- To achieve the agreed sales volume set by the company.
- Implement FIFO to ensure product rotation and check on near-expired stock regularly to minimize returns.
- Monitor and recommend the optimal stock holding level to retailers to avoid out-of-stock or overstock.
- Able to understand basic selling procedures.
- Manage the itinerary given and ensure that all outlets allocated per day are being serviced.
- Deliver professional and quality sales and after-sales services.
- Provide feedback on sales/operation issues, competitors promotion/pricing, and market sentiments.
Key Requirement:
- Possess at least 2 to 3 years of experience in Supermarket (e.g. Prime, U-mart, Fortune & others)
- Able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and Customer service skills
- Able to work independently with a positive attitude.
