Responsibilities:
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Responsible for budget estimate, cost checking & prepare tender submission
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, and other documents.
- Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Attend project/site meeting and inspection for work progress
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess Professional Certificate/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other related discipline.
- Understand and adhere to the statutory building regulations
- Understand and reasonably interpret contract document & drawing
- An independent and effective team player, collaborating on multi-projects of various stages, ensuring deliverables within tight deadlines
- Able to analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports
- Knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office
- Willing to learn and work under pressure
