ZRooom is a dynamic Co-Living platform offering mid to long-term residential rental solutions to international students and expats from around the globe. We aim to create a vibrant and inclusive living community through well-maintained properties and exceptional tenant services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maximize Occupancy: Drive room occupancy rates by effectively marketing our properties through Social Media, Online Platforms, and collaborations with property agents.
Property Maintenance: Ensure our rental properties remain in top condition by coordinating with contractors, tenants, MCSTs, and other stakeholders.
Tenant Relations: Foster strong tenant relationships by promptly addressing feedback and complaints, conducting on-site inspections, and resolving issues.
Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve any problems that may arise during the lease term.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are welcome to apply.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a mature and independent work ethic. Proficiency in internet and social media usage is essential. Experience in video/photo editing is a plus.
