Job Description
- As a Management Trainee, you will assist your Superior and will be trained in facilitating daily factory operations, including the use of various equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line to produce food products. You must adhere to safety guidelines and ensure that final products meet high-quality standards.
- You may also be trained in managing stock control, to keep records of production output and compareit with a production schedule/forecast.

- Set up machines and cleaning jobs
- Follow instructions from superior
- Committed to meet targets and KPIs without neglecting quality and standards
- Follow GMP and SOP requirement
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, food sanitation and SFA hygiene and practices
- Implement cost saving and initiate productivity
