An established M & E company supplying engineering equipment is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join its team based at its Tuas office as Sales Coordinator.
Job Duties
- Attend to sales queries and prepare quotations
- Select appropriate products to comply with customer requirements.
- Assist to generate sales documents like DOs and POs etc
- Assist with data compilation and other sales support related work.
- Provide general administrative support.
Requirements
- Preferably have some technical background but not necessary..
- Detailed oriented
- Organised
- Must be willing to work in Tuas (Nearest MRT station: Gul Circle)
- Good time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
