Description:
In this role, you will act as a bridge between the sales and consulting teams, supporting the acquisition of potential clients. Your responsibilities will include preparing and delivering complex presentations and workshops on customer engagement and project operations solutions for prominent international companies. Working closely with the sales team and solution architects, you'll develop customer-oriented solutions and guide the entire pre-sales process. You'll also create compelling demo solutions, contribute to tenders, and collaborate with consultants and developers.
Requirements:
- Several years of pre-sales experience with in-depth knowledge of relevant customer engagement and project operations platforms.
- Strong understanding of core business processes in medium to large companies.
- Customer-focused, team-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and conceptual thinking.
- Confident presenter with a proactive, independent work style.
- Proficient in LinkedIn, CRM systems, and highly skilled in English communication (speaking, listening, and writing).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
