Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service to potential/current customers, students, parents and guardians.
- Ensure the satisfaction of customer needs in the best possible way.
- Respond to customers in person or through the telephone and emails
- Ensure proper student registration process and management.
- Collect registration, tuition fees and update student account.
- Maintain stock of books and uniforms on a monthly basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Candidates without experience will be considered.
