Office Location: based at Alexadra, 4 days work from office, 1 day WFH
Responsibilities
● Plan and manage User Acquisition campaigns for multiple games and/ or apps
● Analyze the performance of our campaigns, identify the most relevant signals, and
increase the ROAS of our games and apps
● Work closely with our Product and Creative teams to coordinate efforts and share
feedback
● Oversee the execution of digital marketing strategies, User Acquisition campaigns,
and in app promotional activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives
● Deepen your UA expertise and share best practices with other teams to keep our
organization at the forefront of growth innovation
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree and above in Marketing or related majors
● 1-2 years of related work experience in mobile application or gaming industry, ideally
with a background in performance marketing, ASO and paid acquisition
● Experiencing running ROAS campaigns on mobile games and/or apps
● Familiar with the common user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, AdMob,
AppLovin, TikTok, DSPs, etc.) and MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.)
● You’re a hacker: you’ve already tried innovative organic/ viral tactics.
Additional Requirements
- Primarily handles third-party advertising platforms, managing clients from China, Europe, and Singapore. The platform also includes games.
- Requires Mandarin speaking proficiency (5/10) to facilitate internal communication with the Beijing office, local marketing agencies based in Beijing and other marketing vendors based locally there.
- 0-3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of data and social media platforms.
- Experience in ad buying.
