Technical Officer (Transit system), 6 months contract

Job description:
- Provide first-level support to users of equipment at transit service centers.
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve faults with transit system equipment, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance and make hardware modifications to transit system equipment.
- Install software updates on transit system equipment to accommodate new operational requirements.
- Set up cabling for network routers and switches at AVM/CSM locations.
- Replace malfunctioning lighting at transit service centers.
- Assist with transit service center maintenance and improvement activities.
- Comply with company policies on personal data protection, security, and other guidelines, including the use of computer systems, networks, the internet, emails, and password management.
Requirements:
- ITC/NTC or Higher Nitec in Electronics or Eletro- Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in troubleshooting transit systems equipment and electromechanical equipment
- Comfortable with 6 months contract and training provided
