Business Claims Officer, $2,200- 2,400 (6 months renewable contract)

Job description:
- Review applications submitted through Ticket Offices, CROs, AVM+, Online channels, and CRC.
- Authorize refunds for all claims prior to the collection date.
- Investigate refund-related issues received from CCD and Operators.
- Notify customers of any invalid claims or discrepancies in claim amounts before the collection date.
- Address and resolve customer disputes regarding refunds.
- Respond to inquiries from NETS/Ezlink related to the revaluation of Cepas cards.
- Handle operator requests for reports and inquiries about claims and cards.
- Ensure proper processing of DRs (cheque refunds).
- Supervise the Operations Clerk: Oversee all job functions performed by the OC and manage refund processes.
- Ensure that assigned tasks are completed according to procedures and within deadlines.
- Monitor staff performance and provide necessary guidance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Claims officer or Account Receivable
- Strong customer experience mindset, listening, understanding and responding to customer needs
- Comfortable with 6 months contract
