- Position: Social Service Programme Executive/Supervisor
- Location: Office in Eunos - Around different welfare homes
- Working hours: 5.5 working days, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3300 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: 1 year contract (convertible subjected to headcount availability)

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure programs across different facilities are well coordinated, meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
- Collaborate with facility staff to develop and implement new programme plans
- Evaluate programme performance, gather feedbacks and make recommendations for improvements
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between facility staff programme participants, and other stakeholders
- Guide volunteers in executing programme activities
- Manage programme budgets and resources
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Added advantage if have experience in working with elderly or in social service sector
- Experience in programme coordination, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients who converse in Mandarin only
