Change Manager Role Summary:
The Change Manager ensures that all technology changes are reviewed and approved through a robust change management process, minimizing risks and ensuring smooth IT service delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change approval boards and manage change implementation plans
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve change objectives
- Prepare reports for senior stakeholders on approved changes and associated risks
- Monitor and report on change progress, identifying and mitigating risks
- Foster a culture of change resilience and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in change management in a large organization
- Experience in a regulated financial institution and understanding of digital payments landscape (advantageous)
- ITIL 4 certification
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- ServiceNow experience (desirable)
