Change Manager Role Summary:


The Change Manager ensures that all technology changes are reviewed and approved through a robust change management process, minimizing risks and ensuring smooth IT service delivery to customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead change approval boards and manage change implementation plans
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve change objectives
  • Prepare reports for senior stakeholders on approved changes and associated risks
  • Monitor and report on change progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Foster a culture of change resilience and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in change management in a large organization
  • Experience in a regulated financial institution and understanding of digital payments landscape (advantageous)
  • ITIL 4 certification
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • ServiceNow experience (desirable)
