Main Role:
Providing advice and consultancy on the development of Monastery’s core business and support in assets management.
Job Description:
- To understand the core business of the Monastery and assist in the evaluation of the needs of assets and properties in relation to the development plan.
- To manage organisation’s assets according to short-long term plans and long term goals
- To identify and source suitable opportunities for monastery expansion
- To evaluate and provide detailed analyses, including risk assessment, strategy alignment, and financial consideration of the properties/assets opportunities and make proposals in relation to the development plan of Monastery’s core business in achieving the objectives.
- To carry out review of the current assets owned and leased by the Monastery and constantly evaluate the suitability and ensure that the assets are properly managed to serve the objectives.
- To report to the Management Committee on the overall usage of the assets and make recommendation on optimum utilisation.
Qualification:
At least a Diploma with 10 years related experience
