Quantitative Developer / Software Engineer - Singapore

Our Central Quantitative Research & Trading team develops cutting-edge systems that power our intraday equity trading and statistical arbitrage strategies. We build high-performance, low-latency platforms that integrate advanced quantitative research with real-time market execution.
We are seeking exceptional candidates who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of quantitative finance and building scalable, efficient trading systems.
Responsibilities:
· Design and implement a research platform for feature engineering, model fitting, strategy monetization, and post-trade analysis
· Develop high-performance, low-latency trading systems, including market data interfaces and outbound order routing
· Enhance off-the-shelf machine learning packages to meet the team's specific requirements
· Conduct daily operations of various trading-related tasks across US and APAC markets
· Collaborate with quants and traders to optimize strategy implementation and execution
Minimum Qualifications:
· Masters degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
· Minimum 5 years of experience in both C++ and Python development, with a focus on implementing low-latency trading systems
· Proven track record in building quantitative trading platforms and infrastructure
· Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly in equities and statistical arbitrage
· Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in algorithmic trading
