We are assisting a Singapore Multi-national Company with Global presence in the Engineering, Manufacturing, Research Facility and High-Tech Industry.
Position Responsibilities:
- The primary scope is to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the Building Facility which will include (but not limited to) Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and major and minor work related to the building.
- Will be the handy man and lead for inspections, remedial works, audit inspections and engaging with third-party contractors (eg: Waste Management, Pest Control)
- Handle purchase orders for parts replacements, severe maintenance or overhauling.
Position Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering and/or Facilities Management, Building Services.
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in M&E Facilities Management experience - able to handle third-party contractor / vendors and cost management.
- Good verbal and able communicate with various stakeholders and colleagues for guidance and consultation.
