Associate Director, Corporate Investigations
Hiring Firm: Global Consultancy
Remit: Singapore and Southeast Asia, with additional regional (APAC) support
Location: Singapore
Overview:
As part of the expanding Investigations team, you will work on today’s most complex business challenges.
You expert colleagues include forensic accountants, digital forensic specialists, fraud examiners, and investigators – all working in concert to provide the investigative and intelligence solutions that address evolving threats.
The Role:
Investigations (80%+):
- Manage investigations from start-to-finish
- Design and implement investigation plan, allocate and manage team resources, present findings.
- Coach and develop junior members of the team.
Business Development & Client Relationship Management (<20%):
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Identify business leads and potential new clients.
- Contribute to client pitches/proposals.
- Create content for marketing purposes, write articles, speak at seminars, etc
About You:
- Professional accountancy qualification preferred. Alternatively, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), etc.
- Investigations background, preferably within a consulting firm.
- Experience in investigations across all/any of the following: fraud, asset misappropriation, bribery and corruption, IP theft, financial misreporting, undisclosed relationships, and asset/individual tracing.
- Excellent verbal communication and report writing skills.
- Track record of managing and developing team members.
