You will be responsible for:
- Managing relationships with new and existing clients
- Leading the design strategy for projects, offering clients a competitive advantage through the effective translation of strategy into impactful design solutions
- Ensuring the delivery of projects are on time and budget, within scope, exceed the clients' brief and meet the quality and commercial imperatives of Geyer
- Managing project delivery through program management, financial management, resource management to ensure quality design outcomes
- Clearly articulating the design value that Geyer brings to clients, drawing tangible connections between our client’ strategic business goals and our design outcomes
- The day-to-day management of project teams and the development of professional capabilities within the studio as well as contributing to the teams' cultural wellbeing
- Contributing to the expansion of Geyer’s project opportunities with clients through Business Development activities
- Contributing content for the creation of submissions
- Presenting project plans and briefs to internal or external stakeholders
- Contributing to the day-to-day mentoring of Designers within the Studio environment
To secure this opportunity, you will have:
- A tertiary level qualification in Interior Design or Architecture;
- Demonstrated passion and design experience with a substantial focus on workplace interiors projects
- A strong portfolio of international projects which you have led
- High-level international consulting and client management skills, especially to the financial services industry
- Superior communication skills with the ability to visually communicate concepts of design to team members and clients
- Project management and commercial acumen
- Relationship mangaement experience with international partners and consultants on complex projects
- Proven team management experience and values that align with the Geyer culture and values
