- Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding / Transportation and Storage
- Position Title: Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)
- Working Location: Robinson Rd
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Friday (9 am – 5 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Develop new business opportunities with potential customers.
- Manage existing customers by increasing trade volume.
- Cold call and visit potential customers to provide quotations and proposals.
- Respond to all sales-related inquiries promptly and appropriately.
- Maintain and file customer tariffs and quotations.
- Produce weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Work closely with the operations, sales, and accounts teams for billing and payment follow-up.

- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
