Key Functions and Responsibilities
1. Taking overall responsibility for all engineering activities in the company.
2. Manage and ensure that all machinery and equipment operates safely and responsibility for Maintenance member safety.
3. Responsible for day to day control and maintenance of all machinery and equipment.
4. Manage and carry out improvement projects of all equipment and machines
5. Assist in leading, motivating and developing the skills and knowledge of the subordinates to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.
6. To provide technical support in handling product related and quality issues from suppliers to manufacturing.
7. To ensure maintenance of appropriate inventory level of tooling and machine & equipment spare parts etc., and Maintenance QAD system;
8. Evaluate, train and maintain individual skills, work performance, managing the concepts and practices.
9. Establish and prepare process documentation, SPC, technical training materials etc. which related machine operation.
10. Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving production-related problems.
11. Monitoring Maintenance team discipline, daily plan, weekly closing, monthly tasks etc.
12. Perform any other ad-hoc projects or tasks to be assigned by the Management from time to time.
13. Follow up EIP project and encourage team member contribute more good ideas.
14. Support regional projects in the other plants and coach the project leaders to be aligned with our company standards, and automation trouble shootings;
15. Support other team as Quality, Safety etc., which maximum to apply visual inspection or AI tech application, to decrease the labor handling rate.

1. Participate in the workplace safety and health (WSH) committee.
(C) Skill/Experience
1. Minimum 8 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
2. Able to supervise and lead the subordinates.
3. Having project management experience
4. Willing to work after working hour or during non-working days.
5. Knowledge in ISO is an advantage.
(D) Education
1. Degree in Electrical /Mechanical / Engineering discipline
