Our Client is a Fortune 500 MNC. For their Energy Business Unit, they are looking for a Business Administrator. This is a 6-month contract and renewable.
Job Scope:
- Process Purchase Order
- Process Invoices for services and products
- AR follow up on payment and reporting
- Arrange logistics for import and export
- Coordinate with the sales team on the sales related activities
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Any Adhoc task require
Requirements
- Candidates exposed to SAP will be preferred.
- Valid Class 3 driving licence preferred

Working Hours : 5-Day Week / Hybrid
Working Location : Near Potong Pasir MRT
