Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage The Daily Preparation And Production Operations
- Ensure That All Activities Conform To Sfa Guidelines.
- Responsible For The Quality Of All Food Items Prepared In The Production Kitchen Is As Per Company’s Standard
- Operating Procedures (Sop) And According To Recipes.
- Produce Or Directly Supervise The Cooking Of Production Items.
- Ensure That All Required Food Ingredients Are Ordered, Stocked, And Properly Stored.
- Ensure That Kitchen’s Cleanliness And Hygiene Standards Are Maintained At All Times.
- Maintain Inventory Of Production Equipment, And Communicate Any Concerns Or Needs
Job Requirements:
- Ability To Follow All Appropriate Safety Standards In Food Production
- Experience Working In Food Production Or In An Industrial Kitchen
- Knowledge Of Quality Assurance Practices
- Team Player
- Relevant Working Experience In Food Factory
- Might Be Required To Work On Ph And Weekends For Overtime
