Our client is a leading and prominent service provider in the air transport industry. With the business diversification, they have also established food distribution and food services segment with an impressive track record of serving customers locally and regionally (APAC).
The Role
This is a newly created position as part of business growth plan. You shall be reporting to Head of Business Partnering of each key business segment, partnering with the business leaders and key stakeholders closely to track business developments and forward-looking estimates to project financial landings for business units’ action plan. Overseeing the financial performance review and analysis, management reporting and costing of business units. To drive, prepare and track forecast, annual budget and forward-looking strategic plans with business units.
As a Finance Business Partner, you are required to provide financial advice to business units on operations and business development projects, including financial projections to assess the viability of the projects. In addition, you shall coordinate with various stakehoders in the set-up of financial systems for new businesses; formulating, reviewing and implementing financial policies, procedures, internal controls and systems in line with the Group’s financial policies.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate should possess a university degree in Accountancy, Management Accountancy, or Business Administration, with at least 10 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner in large corporations with complex business structures and fast-paced environment. Prior experience with Big 4 audit firms are essential. Proficiency in SAP S/4 is highly advantageous. The candidate should have strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, be open-minded, independent, and able to drive change. This role maybe posted to different locations (either in East or West) of the Group depending on the candidate's experiences.
