Job Description
- Minimum Diploma education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll for companies/agencies with more than 300 headcounts.
- Good understanding of whole payroll cycle, CPF Act and taxation regulations.
- Must have experience in Singapore payroll
- Proficient in MS Office, is meticulous with numbers and detail oriented.
- Experience with WorkDay and Excelity systems will be an advantage.
- Good team player with a high level of initiative and able to work independently.
- Good communication, time management and organization skills.
- Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- To reconcile the internal/external interfaces against payroll reports and ensure accuracy in payouts (i.e. medical benefits interface system, interface for deductions, etc)
