Duties & Responsibilities:
- Align with the vision, annual missions, and fiscal year directions set by HQ, IMA, and the Parts Department (PD) to ensure overall progress and growth.
- Contribute to the continuous parts supply in IMA’s distribution channels by implementing a business continuity plan (BCP).
- Promote and engage in two-way transparent communication to identify and resolve issues quickly through idea-based decision making.
- Propose and drive continuous improvements in business and operations to enhance the overall branding of PD and exceed industry standards.
- Maintain respectful and productive relationships with all stakeholders, particularly in supply chain management (SCM).
- Consolidate the status of all back orders with priority listings.
- Ensure timely deliveries according to approved SOPs.
- Communicate order statuses with customers, PD groups, and suppliers.
- Verify and process Parts Claim Reports (PCRs) from customers using SAP.
- Facilitate the closure of PCRs through approved corrective actions.
- Produce a monthly claim summary to support continuous improvements.
- Share relevant claim information with customers, PD groups, and suppliers.
- General Base Price registration
- General Back Order management and stock availability
Requirements:
- Relevant academic certification in logistics and/or supply chain management (SCM).
- Basic knowledge of SCM, especially between production and wholesale.
- Familiarity with logistics terminology, logistics documents, and Incoterms.
- Interest in streamlining workflows and communication channels for customer orders.
- Proficiency in SAP (SD module) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to travel for a half-day business trip once a month to a warehouse in Johor Bahru.
