Job Description:
- Responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures related to health, safety, security, and environment. Ensuring that these policies comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all applicable regulations related to health, safety, security, and environment. Monitoring regulatory changes and update policies and procedures as needed.
- Providing training to employees on HSSE policies and procedures, emergency response, and other related topics. Ensuring that employees are aware of their responsibilities and know how to respond in case of an emergency.
- Responsible for conducting risk assessments to identify potential hazards and risks to the organization. Developing plans to mitigate these risks and ensure that employees are aware of the risks and how to avoid them.
- Responsible for managing emergency response activities, such as responding to spills, fires, or other incidents. Ensuring that employees are trained on emergency response procedures and that the organization has the necessary resources to respond to emergencies.
- Responsible for monitoring the organization's HSSE performance, including incident rates, compliance with regulations, and effectiveness of policies and procedures. Using this information to make improvements to the organization's HSSE program.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong knowledge in HSE Management Systems, such as OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
- 10 years of experience
