This role involves evaluating and investigating government claims, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing excellent customer service to policyholders. The Claims Associate works closely with other team members and departments to resolve claims efficiently and fairly.
M-F: 8.30am - 6pm
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Responsibilities:
- Review and process claims in accordance with company policies and procedures (check disbursements and handle refunds)
- Verify correctness and completeness of invoices and claims submitted by organization/applicants.
- Process the claims through system
- Liaise with organization/applicants on any queries pertaining to the invoice/claims submitted via phone call or email.
Requirements:
- 4 months temp contract renewable
- Suitable for A Level / Poly graduates pending to start tertiary education
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Meticulous and details oriented
- Pre-interview test to be undertaken
