Job Scope:
To provide support to the Alumni Team for these initiatives:
- Send alumni eNews and coordinate for alumni social media postings
- Coordinate and support alumni events (physical and virtual)
- Support outreaches to share on alumni initiatives and services
- Other admin & miscellaneous such as replying generic emails, schedule meetings, create powerpoint decks, take meeting minutes
To provide support to the WorldSkills Team for these:
- Secretariat Support Services to achieve various milestones and timelines established by WorldSkills Sponsorship Committee
- Helps to process the received sponsorship forms, collate and update for tracking purposes
- Prepares powerpoint decks for meetings with the Sponsorship Sub-committee and WSO-LLI
- Other tasks include taking meeting minutes, and circulating minutes to the committee
Requirements:
Degree & abvove with experience of less than 3 years
