- Degree or Diploma or similar qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction industry / product design / fashion Design / interior design

- Strong design skills who can produce a high level of aesthetically pleasing work
- Lead group brainstorming/concept development sessions
- Lead and inspire creative teams to develop innovative design solutions, from broad concept development through implementation
- Provide clear constructive direction on content and design solutions
- Lead creative and production teams to ensure feasibility of design solutions and articulate design principles and guidelines for implementation
- Set and manage client expectations regarding design process and deliverables
- Ideate, craft and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals
- Is responsible for the proper placement, context and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment
- Extend client relationships and explore new ways to deliver value
- Develop creative ideas that meets both our clients’ objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company’s expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism
- Present, share and review creative work with the Management Team members
- Able to manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
- Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work
