Key Responsibilities:
- Support order fulfilment, picking, packing for accurate and timely delivery of goods
- Support shipment loading & unloading activities
- Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Plan delivery routes and coordinate with internal and external customers on delivery
- Work with various departments to resolve warehouse operation related issues
- Ensure Workplace Safety procedure are fully compiled
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
- Assist in data collection and reporting
- Compile and update SOPs for the warehouse
- Project manage process improvement initiatives and ensure project becomes sustainable and updated within business continuity plans
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Relevant area of study in the supply chain field and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Good team player with good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP experience is an added advantage
- Forklift experience is an added advantage
