Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for performing recruitment activities aligned to Bigfoot Logistic’s hiring goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a HR Executive with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing, attracting, onboarding and retaining candidates.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate recruitment platform/portals.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the management.
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management/HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in HR discipline or Business-related courses preferred.
- At least 2 years of related working experience in HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Able to work at PSA site office @PASIR PANJANG.
- Able to work 5/5.5 days work week.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able liaise with Chinese speaking Candidates.
- CEI certification will be an added advantage but not necessary.
