Job Description:
- Admin duties such as data entry, photocopying, attend to phone calls, emails and filling of documents, issuing invoices, quotations etc.
- Perform customer service role like handling of phone calls to take orders and pick orchid according to order
- Liaise with customers and suppliers for the delivery schedule
- Any other duties assigned to support daily office operation
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in an office space inside a farm environment
- Must have excellent command of English
- Must be proficient in MS Office and computer knowledge
- Must have attention to details
- Has initiative, willing to learn fast with positive attitude
- Willing to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- Candidates with accounting background will have an added advantage
