Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe working environment by monitoring safety procedures and equipment.
- Inspect automobiles, bikes, and other customer vehicles to determine the extent of maintenance or repairs needed.
- Inspect equipment for wear and for conformance to specifications.
- Inventory supplies and requisition or purchase additional items, as necessary.
- Review work done by team throughout the work process and at completion to ensure that it has been performed properly.
Skills Required
- Team player with a strong track record of being a good leader
- Outgoing personality and willing to go the extra mile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to lead a team effectively
Other Requirements
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- At least 3 years in the automotive repair industry
