Location: Gul Circle
Working Hours: 8.15-5pm
Salary: Up to 4k + OT (If needed) + Completion Bonus (Subject to company's discretion)

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Supply Chain various department on daily operation matters
- Review MRP and material demand to perform material planning to support production schedule
- Monitor inventory, review PO backlog and generate daily receiving lists to the warehouse.
- Plan, control, and trigger material movement via STO with 3PL.
- Ensure timely delivery of material to support the plant's operation and customer's shipment demands.
- Analyze and close monitoring of excess and obsolete inventory
- Manage forecast accuracy, review safety stock requirement
- Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvement.
- Work closely with sub-con on the delivery arrangements to meet our customer request.
- Ensure planning activities and procedures are in compliance with the company's ISO 14001/9001.
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field with at least 2 years of experience.
- SAP Planning experience is an added advantage.
- Material planning related experience.
- Resourceful, team player, self-motivated and positive personality
- Good communications skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet a tight deadline
