Main Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare air freight shipments including permits declaration
- Handle shipping documents, monitor shipments progress including collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc.
- Follow-up with customers on shipment status
- Data entry of shipment details
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / ‘N’ Level / ITE
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Freight Forwarding
- Knowledge of Tradenet and Sysfreight will be an added advantage
