What this job involves
About the role
You will take the role of leading an account that sits within the business line Transaction Management services at JLL. You will primarily dedicate your time to a single client, interfacing with senior stakeholders across a wide geography. You will be responsible for proposing recommendations for client’s asset strategies, getting them aligned with the client to then lead them to execution with our experienced broker network. You will be working alongside an extended variable team, helping deliver lease transactions, ensure process adherence and governance guidelines.
Helping our clients achieve their ambitions is at the heart of everything we do. In this role you’ll understand our client pain points and connect them with the relevant JLL experts across technology and workplace strategy. This position calls for a highly-energetic, detail-oriented communications professional with excellent project management, analytical and collaboration skills as well as comprehensive experience of managing real estate strategies and transactions across Asia Pacific.
Experience with industrial asset class – knowledge of warehouse specifications, supply chain, industrial transactions and due diligence – is a plus.
Transaction Management
You will execute a wide variety of real estate transactions, including capital and lease acquisitions, sale and leasebacks and disposition transactions through local Markets teams across Asia, demonstrating a high level of proficiency and knowledge. Candidates will be evaluated on commercial acumen, negotiation skills and attention to detail. You will actively engage with client’s senior stakeholders to define objectives and agree requirements at the outset of a strategy and transaction.
Commercial Acumen
We are a regional fee-earning team and you will need to
- Forecast revenue accurately through portfolio and lease assessments;
- Initiate and close-out projects to meet monthly cash flow plan;
- Understand account profitability and contribute to improving and developing solutions whilst meeting client service standards.
Being a strategist
Can you see the bigger picture? Can you juggle operational delivery whilst developing future vision and strategy? You’ll be the lead for workshops, presenting an objective view of the client’s portfolio, providing an overall strategic direction, highlighting successes or potential issues whilst providing tangible solutions for the client.

Working closely with the Southeast Asia Hub Lead on this prestigious account will provide you with the exposure and opportunity to deliver and influence client solutions across multiple JLL business lines.
