Looking for HR Executive for 5-months Maternity cover, To support in HR Matters. This Candidate would have the opportunity to explore, learn and gain knowledge and skills for all HR Aspects.
- Administer & support in TMS and Payroll Software, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately,.
- Handling orientation for staffs
- Handling and managing Recruitment process
- Handle the staff documentation of payroll matters and administration
- Assist to work with operations in manpower needs
- Manage office administration including keeping inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Support HR Manager in HR Operations
- Any other duties assigned by HRM.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in F&B or hospitality industry.
- Organize and independent.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes.
- Knowledge and experience in using Info-Tech preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
