We are looking for individuals who are keen to make a difference to the F&B back office!


Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, handling correspondence, store level art work / posters and documentation
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the F&B operations team.
  • Maintain business unit level administration for all licensing matters (SFA, FHC eg)
  • To support business unit Head Chefs/Manager as and when its required
  • Assist in month end inventory stock takes
  • Assist in creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Coordinate with different departments to support special events and promotions.
  • Serve as main point of contact between the F&B operations team, front and back of the house.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service quality
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenses to ensure cost control.
  • Monthly operations reports

Requirements:

  • Min “O” Level
  • Minimum 5 years F&B experience with at least 3 year of back end administrative support experience in F&B
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Organized and meticulous in administrations
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
  • Must be PC illiterate and proficient in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe or other visual editing tools
  • Ability to converse and write in mandarin to communicate with mandarin speaking suppliers / parents / staff
  • Ability to work independently, team player, Positive and willing to work attitude
  • High level of integrity
