Job Description :
- Develop and maintain the project schedule to manage timelines and commitments effectively
- Review, Track & Monitor main contractors' programmes and/or client's direct contractors' programmes to comply with client requirements
- Review main Contractors' baseline S-curve, cost loading, resources allocation, histograms and 4D BIM, highlighting areas of concern to SO/SO(Rep)
- Advise SO/SO(Rep) of any potential causes of delay and carry out time-impact analysis
- Assess main contractors' claim related to time and provide recommendation to SO/SO Rep
- Adjust schedules based on site conditions and propose changes for variances.
Requirements :
- Min 10 years of experience with strong construction/contractor background
- Extensive construction planning experience with P6, planning, scheduling, reporting and 4D-BIM collaboration
- Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or relevant discipline
- Possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Proficient in Primavera P6
