JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure all necessary linens and supplies are checked and restocked for the day.
• Clean guestrooms, floor corridors, and service areas according to the hotel's standards.
• Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
• Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
• Fulfil any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Verify room status report and promptly report any discrepancies to the immediate supervisor.
• Replenish in-room amenities in guest rooms following operational standards.
• Identify and report any faulty items in need of repair to the immediate supervisor or management during the cleaning process.
• Report and hand in any Lost and Found items to the immediate supervisor.
• Accurately record the number of soiled linens and update the Linen Changing list before exchanging them for clean linens.
